The Board of Directors of the Harvard International Relations Council is the highest governing body of the organization and oversees all programs, addresses the legal matters of the IRC, sets the budgets for each program, ensures collaboration throughout the broader IRC and executes the overall strategy of the corporation. The Board of Directors meets at least once a month and meetings are generally open to the broader Council membership.
The Board of Directors is directly elected by the IRC general membership for terms of approximately one year, until a new Board of Directors is elected.
